We endeavour to develop products that not only optimise various aspects of bodily functions, from skin health to bone strength but also contribute to the fortification of the body's defence mechanisms against unwelcome guests and ailments. Although our products are health food supplements it does not mean we slack on our production process. All our products are produced above and beyond the industry requirements, and are manufactured with love and care in clean room laboratories.

Healthmarque with the ethos of empowering you with better health understands that it is not just about the person but extends to the environment hence why we do all we can to give back to our communities and environment. We aim to use as many recyclable materials as possible and keep shipping boxes as small as possible so you may find your order quite tightly packed in a cute small box.

We have also recently switched to PLA7 compostable pots to house some of our new products. PLA 7 is a plastic pot derived from plant fibres and is almost 100% compostable.

What should I do if I forget to take my dose?

Don’t panic! Even if you don’t take your supplements every day, you will still benefit from a boost when you do take it. 

You might want to find somewhere in your house to keep them which will remind you to take them every day. Maybe next to the kettle or your keys. But remember to always keep medication and supplements away from direct sunlight.

How do I cancel my subscription

To make it easy we offer 3 different methods to cancel your subscriptions.

  1.  Login to your account and click review purchase on your subscription order number. From there you can manage your subscription.
  2. Email us with your name, address and order No. from the same email you used when placing your order requesting your subscription to be cancelled. (Please allow 3 working days for this process)
  3. Call us on 0121 389 4365, and we will be able to cancel your subscription over the phone
I received my order damaged

You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of any damage/fault. If the 3 working day rejection period has not expired, you may request a replacement of the Goods. Following sufficient evidence has been provided that the Goods received have a fault, damage or error. We will bear any associated costs and will carry out the replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. In certain circumstances, where a replacement is impossible or otherwise disproportionate, We may instead offer you a full refund. If you request a replacement during the 3 working days rejection period, that period will be suspended while We carry out the replacement and will resume on the day that you receive the replacement Goods. We will only be able to process a replacement once the defective goods have been returned, this will be at our cost.

Please note that you will not be eligible to claim a refund if you have purchased the Goods for an unsuitable purpose that is neither obvious nor made known to Us and/or you have consumed/used the goods. If the problem is the result of mishandling and negligence, misuse or intentional or careless damage. Please also note that you may not return Goods to us merely because you have changed your mind. Please refer to FAQ ‘I Order by mistake or changed my mind’ for more details.

How does the subscription work?

It’s very simple, the day you register to the product subscription will be your recurring date. Every month on your subscription date we will automatically despatch your order to you so you will never run out of your selected product.

There is no contract, the subscription works on a month-to-month basis and you can easily cancel your subscription at any time without any additional charges or fees.

You will only be charged a shipping fee of £2.52 for the first order each year, the following 11 months will be supplied with free shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive email updates on the order status regardless if you have an account or not; this email will detail the delivery method and tracking number. If you have not received any updates via email please contact us with your order number and delivery address. We will aim to resolve any problems.

I ordered by mistake or changed my mind

You can cancel for any reason before we despatch your order.

If you have received your items and wish to return them as you have changed your mind you must contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order:

In each case, provide Us with your name, address, email address, telephone number, and Order Number and/or Invoice number. We may ask you why you have chosen to return the goods and may use any answers you provide to improve Our Goods and services, however, please note that you are under no obligation to provide any details if you do not wish to.

Please note that you may lose your right to cancel under the following circumstances:

  • If the Goods are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and you have unsealed those Goods after receiving them;
  • If the Goods have been consumed or used;
  • If the Goods have been inseparably mixed with other items (according to their nature) after you have received them.
  • If the Goods are defective as the result of mishandling and negligence, misuse or intentional or careless damage

If we are not informed of your intention to return the goods within 3 days of receiving the goods you will not be eligible for a refund

In the event that we agree for you to return the goods; please ensure that you return the Goods to us no more than 7 calendar days after the day on which you informed us that you wish to cancel/return your orders.

Delivery costs for goods returned must be paid for by the customer. You may return Goods to Us by Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service of your choice to Our returns address at Kinerva Ltd, von House, 435 Stratford Road, Solihull, UK. Please note that you must bear the costs of returning Goods to Us if cancelling your order.

Returns posted to us must be done with either a delivery service that provides tracking or at minimum a delivery confirmation. Any returns made to us must be packed securely, ideally, in the box it was delivered in. The Goods are your responsibility until they are received. Any damage during transit will be the responsibility of the customer.

What shipping options are available?

All items are delivered using Royal Mail standard delivery services and can take 2-4 days to arrive from the point of despatch. Delivery charges may vary from product to product. Currently all shipping is free.

When will my order be despatched?

We aim to dispatch orders made before 2 pm (14:00) on the same day and orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Why take vitamins/minerals?

Vitamins and Minerals are best used to fill in the gap of your diet. Given that the quality of mass produced food may not be as it should on most occasions supplementation can form a key aspect of your diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Other reasons to take supplements are to treat deficiencies. When consuming any supplements its always best to seek advise of a health practitioner.
